• Your device identifiers beyond what's required for App Store functionality
• Any analytics or behavioral data

2. How MacDecor Works

MacDecor operates entirely on your local Mac:

• Theme Storage: All wallpapers and folder icons are stored locally on your device after purchase
• No Server Communication: The app does not connect to external servers beyond Apple's App Store for purchases
• Offline First: MacDecor works completely offline once downloaded

3. Apple App Store & Purchases

When you make in-app purchases:

• Transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store
• We never see your payment information
• Apple's privacy policy governs transaction data
• Purchase receipts are validated locally on your device

4. Permissions Required

MacDecor requests the following system permissions:

• File System Access: Required to apply custom folder icons to your chosen folders
• Desktop Wallpaper: Required to set wallpapers

These permissions are used solely for the app's core functionality and do not enable any data collection.

5. Data Storage

All data remains on your Mac:

• Theme files are stored in your local Application Support folder
• User preferences are saved using standard macOS UserDefaults
• No cloud syncing occurs (unless you enable iCloud Drive for the app's data, which is optional and controlled by you)

6. Third-Party Services

MacDecor does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

7. Children's Privacy

MacDecor does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is designed to be privacy-safe for all ages.
